Generally, one hour will be spent touring your home, or area in need, while discussing what is working for you and what is not.

This is when Patricia will listen to your ideas, goals, and concerns and review any design challenges you may have. Be prepared to answer questions so that Patricia can best tailor the requirements of your design or remodeling project to match your preferences, lifestyle, and budget.

Follow-Up Proposal:

Shortly after the initial consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the specific Design Services and fees associated with your project.

 

Design Fees:

Most Design Services are offered on a fixed fee pricing structure. Smaller projects are typically based on a flat rate of $95 per hour, depending on the size and scope of the job. Whenever possible, the best prices and designer/trade discounts for purchases, labor and materials are passed along to the client.

Charging a fixed fee for services avoids the common and confusing “cost-plus” formula that some designers employ. At Lockwood Interiors, we believe that clients should never have to wonder “who” benefits from each purchase.
